Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothes are neatly folded to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
